On-site training is an option for any LMS installation in the US. This opportunity is something that stands LMS apart from its competitors.  In an age of technology, LMS still understands the need for direct communication, particularly where staff are concerned. Demo videos, work instructions and a comprehensive online knowledgebase are wonderful tools that are also used extensively by LMS users, post training, but to begin with a personalized training regime is invaluable.

Why?
Quite simply, your business cannot be put on hold while you implement your new software. You need to know how to make the most of the software as early as possible and whilst LMS software is extremely intuitive and easy to use, it would not be fair to say that on your own you could learn this in a day.  LMS is realistic with regard to learning a new software, we all use excel, word, outlook, but how much do we really know about their capabilities? Do we use them to their full potential, most don’t. Obviously you will still be learning about the software after the training but the foundation provided both in regard to setup and the understanding of management and staff will enable you to control the migration with confidence.

LMS training is uniquely customized to the needs of your school or club with the key areas of training being determined before LMS staff arrival. A training schedule will be provided prior to the start of the training enabling you to ensure the relevant staff are present during the appropriate sessions.
