Its old news to anyone that knows the industry that it is far cheaper to keep an existing member than to gain a new one. Many software packages on the market help you record your prospects and track their progression to a sale, but how many actually help you keep tracked contact with your members after they join? Retention.link® is a unique new development in addition the existing sales.link®. We understand that not every health club operates the same way, and that many owners have their own way of running their retention programs. In usual links style we do not tell you how to do it, we let you tell links how you want it to be managed. In a simple two step setup, you can personally define how you would like to track a prospect or member progress. You may choose to setup a number of ‘steps’ the a prospect follows prior to joining for example

Step 2: 1st Follow Up Call
Step 3: 2nd Follow Up Call
Step 4: Membership Sign Up Appointment
Once a member has joined other software programs let them fall away into the ‘system’ and they are not tracked personally unless someone runs reports to see if they haven’t visited in a while for example. Retention.link® is completely the opposite!
When a member joins they can be automatically assigned to a retention program. This means that a set of dates are assigned to specific customer automatically flagging their record for specific follow ups including Health Club Consultation, Program Show, 6 week follow up call, Re Assessments and much more. You the user controls which actions are taken and when, and your sales staff can easily track each of the requirements for the their customers from one easy to use management screen.
